Return Window – Full Refund
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund.
Store Credit Option
You have up to 30 days from delivery to return your item(s) for store credit.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please initiate your request through our return portal.
Return Conditions
All returned items must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn and unused
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- With all tags and original packaging attached
Items showing signs of wear or use may not be eligible for a refund or store credit.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email confirming your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Order Changes or Cancellations
If your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to assist with any changes or cancellations before processing.
